It is a super skyscraper with 40 floors above ground, 2 floors below, and stands 173 meters tall.
The observatory was renovated in 2018 to coincide with the 25th anniversary of the building since it first opened in 1993.
The Kuchu Teien Observatory at the top of the Umeda Sky Building offers a stunning view of the metropolis of Osaka.
The observation deck is located on the rooftop, so you can enjoy the scenery while feeling the breeze.
The exhilarating view shown in the video is worth checking out, but it can be a bit scary if you're not fond of heights!
