We are pleased to announce the release of a new feature, "Image & Video Editing," in CJV Management (Cool Japan Videos Management) on June 8, 2026. Clicking this icon opens an editing modal where you can perform various edits on your images and videos. ■ Image Editing Features Aspect Ratio You can select from 5 display ratios: Original, 1:1, 4:5, 3:4, and 16:9. Set the ratio to match the recommended format for your target SNS platform. Position Adjustment / Zoom / Rotation On the ratio adjustment screen, you can drag the image to adjust its display position, use a slider to zoom in from 1x to 3x, and rotate the image 90 degrees clockwise with a button. Filters (12 types) Choose from 12 filters to match the mood of your image. For inquiries or consultations regarding plans, please click 【here】 ■About the Sub-Account Function By using the Sub-Account Function, multiple members can log in to CJVManagement with their own accounts and share content management and posting tasks. It also includes a “Post Approval Function,” which allows users to easily request confirmation from supervisors or administrators within CJVManagement before posting to SNS. Even when confirmation of post content by a supervisor is required to prevent SNS-related issues, the approval flow can be completed within CJVManagement without using external tools. In addition to in-house members, even when SNS operations or article creation are outsourced to an external production company or operations agency, administrators can review the content before publication. This makes it possible to build a safe operational structure. While maintaining content quality control and consistency in organizational communication, users can operate SNS with peace of mind. ■About the Activity History Function The Activity History Function allows all operations performed on the management screen to be recorded and reviewed. By understanding who performed what operation and when, it helps support safe account operation and management. This function can only be viewed by the parent account or sub-accounts with administrator privileges. ■Main Functions Types of Sub-Accounts ・Administrator Sub-Account ー Has the same level of authority as the parent account. It can also manage sub-accounts. ・General Sub-Account ー Can operate within the scope of content permissions set by the administrator. Content Permission Settings For general sub-accounts, access permissions can be set for each type of content in four levels: “Hidden,” “View,” “Update (Approval Required),” and “Update (No Approval Required).” This allows the scope of operations available to each person in charge to be managed in detail. Even when entrusting part of the work to an external contractor, only the necessary permissions can be granted, enabling safe operation. Requesting Confirmation for Posts (Post Approval Function) General sub-accounts for which “Create Post” or “Edit Error” is set to “Update (Approval Required)” in content permissions must submit a confirmation request to an administrator in order to publish a post. After creating the post content and clicking the post button, a confirmation request pop-up will appear. In the confirmation request, users can set the “administrator in charge” to request confirmation from, enter a “message” for confirmation points or supplementary information, and select the “posting method” to determine who will publish the post. For the posting method, users can choose either “Post by myself after approval” or “Administrator will post.” When the confirmation request is sent, a notification email will be sent to the specified administrator. Submitted requests can be checked from the “Request Status” page. Requests waiting for administrator confirmation are displayed in the “Pending Approval” section, where the person in charge, request date and time, and message history can be checked. Approved or returned requests are displayed in the “Requests Requiring Action” section. If “Post by myself after approval” is selected and the request is approved, the post can be published from the “Post” button. If the request is returned, users can check the administrator’s comments from “View Message History,” revise the content using the “Re-edit” button, and submit the request again. Approval and Return by Administrators Administrators and sub-accounts with administrator privileges can approve or return confirmation requests for posts sent by general sub-accounts. On the “Pending Posts for Approval” page, the applicant name, posting mode, person in charge, and request date and time can be checked in a list. The exchange with the applicant can also be checked from “View Message History.” Clicking the “Confirm” button for the request you wish to check will take you to the approval review screen. If the posting mode is “Post by myself after approval,” the administrator can only view the post content. If the posting mode is “Administrator will post,” the administrator can also edit the post content. When the “Approve” button is clicked, a confirmation pop-up will appear. In “Administrator will post” mode, the posting method can be selected from “Post as is” or “Creator will post.” When the “Return” button is clicked, an input form for the reason for return will appear. Entering the reason for return is required. Returned requests will be displayed on the applicant’s “Request Status” page, and the applicant can revise the content and submit the request again. Activity History Operations performed on the management screen are automatically recorded. Users can filter by user or activity type, such as creation, editing, deletion, approval, or return, and check in a list who performed what action and when. In addition, histories related to post approvals can also be checked, making it possible to review the status of responses such as approved, returned, and posting completed at a later time. ■How to Use 【Sub-Account Management】 1）Click “Account Management” in the left menu to display the list page of sub-accounts. 2）Click the “Create New” button and set the name, email address, user privileges, and content permissions. 3）When created, an invitation email will be sent. The account will become active when the invited member sets a password from the URL in the email. 【Requesting Confirmation for Posts】 1）Create the post content using a general sub-account set to “Update (Approval Required)” and click the post button. 2）When the confirmation request pop-up appears, enter the administrator in charge, message, and posting method, then send the “Confirmation Request.” 3）After submitting the request, you can check the status, such as pending approval, approved, or returned, from the “Request Status” page. 4）If the request is returned, check the administrator’s comments, revise the content, and submit the request again. 【Checking Pending Posts for Approval】 1）Log in as an administrator or a sub-account with administrator privileges, and click “Pending Posts for Approval” in the left menu. 2）Click the “Confirm” button for the request you wish to check and review the post content. 3）If there are no problems with the content, click “Approve.” If revisions are required, click “Return” and enter the reason for return. 【Checking Activity History】 1）Click “Activity History” in the left menu to display the list page of operation history. 2）Filter by user or activity type, then click the “Filter” button to update the list. ■Important Notes on Use ・Sub-account management and viewing activity history are only available to the parent account or sub-accounts with administrator privileges. ・Content permissions can only be set for general sub-accounts. You can now select and upload not only images but also video files when creating a post. Supported formats are MP4, MOV, and WebM, and you can upload videos up to 60 seconds in length and 500MB in size. If you upload a video longer than one minute, it will automatically be trimmed to the first one minute from the beginning. 【How to Use】 1. Click the [Photo/Video] button in the post form on the “CJVManagement (Cool Japan Video Management)” new post creation page. 2. A file selection dialog will appear. Please select the video file (MP4, MOV, or WebM) you wish to upload. Once a video is selected, the upload and encoding process will begin automatically. *You can also use drag and drop to perform the same process. ・Uploading: The progress of the upload will be displayed via a progress bar. ・Encoding: The video will be optimized on the server. ・Completed: A thumbnail will be automatically generated and displayed in the post form. 3.
