We are pleased to announce that we released the new “Video Upload Feature” for “CJVManagement (Cool Japan Video Management)” on February 24, 2026. Important Notes for Use ・The Video Upload Feature is available to users who subscribe to the Light Plan or higher for official accounts. For inquiries or consultations regarding plans, please click 【here】. New Feature: “Video Upload Feature” The “Video Upload Feature” is available to users who subscribe to the Light Plan or higher for official accounts. You can now select and upload not only images but also video files when creating a post. Supported formats are MP4, MOV, and WebM, and you can upload videos up to 60 seconds in length and 500MB in size. If you upload a video longer than one minute, it will automatically be trimmed to the first one minute from the beginning. 【How to Use】 1. Click the [Photo/Video] button in the post form on the “CJVManagement (Cool Japan Video Management)” new post creation page. 2. A file selection dialog will appear. Please select the video file (MP4, MOV, or WebM) you wish to upload. Once a video is selected, the upload and encoding process will begin automatically. *You can also use drag and drop to perform the same process. ・Uploading: The progress of the upload will be displayed via a progress bar. ・Encoding: The video will be optimized on the server. ・Completed: A thumbnail will be automatically generated and displayed in the post form. 3. Once the video upload and encoding are complete, enter the post details as usual and click the post button to publish. *The post button will be disabled during the encoding process. Please wait until the process is complete. 4. In addition to being posted on Cool Japan Videos, uploaded videos can also be reflected on linked social media platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook). However, the number of videos that can be posted is subject to each platform’s specifications.
