Today, I attended the Kawagoe Hikawa Shrine Monthly Festival.
It is said that there was something shining in the Iruma River every night, which is the Minamoto of Kawagoe Hikawa Shrine. Therefore, Prayer to Kawagoe Hikawa Shrine on a rainy day is said to please the gods.
