Autumn on Mt. Ōyama 2024速報
This is Mt. Ōyama as of the morning of Thursday, November 7, under clear autumn skies.
The leaves are just beginning to change color.
From around 700 meters, a view that earned two stars in the Michelin Green Guide Japan offers a breathtaking panorama of Sagami Bay, Enoshima, the Miura Peninsula and the Bōsō Peninsula.
The autumn foliage near the Happiness Bell and the Love-Tying Bell right by the cable car’s Ōyama-dera Station is especially beautiful now—be sure to ring the bell.
Sunset comes early, so if you plan to reach the summit, start early in the morning and allow plenty of time.
We look forward to welcoming you again this year with that wonderful view.
See you in autumn in Isehara.
