Sen Chanbara Battle 2025 at Hosono Highlands (Higashiizucho)

A notice from the Higashiizu Town Tourist Association. In conjunction with the Inatori Hosono Highlands “Autumn Susuki Viewing Event” 2025,

we will hold “Sen Chanbara Battle 2025 at Hosono Highlands (Higashiizucho).” Using sponge swords to knock colored balls off your opponent, this event offers fun for both adults and children. Why not try a new experience on the vast Hosono Highlands?

How to apply
You can apply via the event registration form on the event site or make a reservation by phone or email with the Higashiizu Town Tourist Association.

Participation fees
*Fees will be collected at the Hosono Highlands reception on the day.*
*If you visit only to accompany someone, you only pay the mountain entry fee.*

General participation
・Junior high school students and older: 500 yen
*Plus a separate mountain entry fee of 1,000 yen (includes 400 yen town shopping voucher)*
・Elementary school students and younger: 500 yen (mountain entry free)
Cosplay participation
・Free (mountain entry free)
Residents of Higashiizu Town
・High school students and older: 500 yen
*Plus a separate mountain entry fee of 100 yen*
・Junior high school students and younger: free
*Mountain entry free (includes 400 yen town shopping voucher)*

Notes about cosplay participation
・There is no changing room at the event venue.
・This event involves physical activity. Please participate in clothing suitable for movement.

・The following light decorations alone will not be considered cosplay for this event:
    L Wearing only a hat, mask, or sunglasses without significant costume changes.
    L Wearing a T-shirt printed with a character only.
    L Please refrain from wearing excessively revealing costumes.
    L Long trailing garments are very dangerous; take measures to avoid being stepped on accidentally.
    L Please refrain from bringing large props you cannot carry or hazardous foam-generating items.
Items judged dangerous by staff may be refused entry.

Capacity: First 80 people per session
Registration closes when capacity is reached
*Elementary school children must attend the event with a guardian.*
*Participants should wear clothing that allows easy movement.*
*Participants will be grouped. If you register multiple people on this form, we will try to place you in the same group, but please understand groups may be adjusted.*

Schedule
Morning session / 11:00–12:00 (reception 10:30–10:50)
Afternoon session / 13:00–14:00 (reception 12:30–12:50)
*You are welcome to join both morning and afternoon sessions! (Only one participation fee required.)*

Hosono Highlands / near 3150 Inatori, Higashiizucho, Kamo District, Shizuoka Prefecture (parking available / free)
Rain venue
Higashiizu Town Gymnasium / 3348-19 Inatori, Higashiizucho (parking available / free)



Cancellation policy
Except when the organizer cancels for administrative reasons, the following cancellation fees apply.
・Cancellation two days or earlier before the event → 0% cancellation fee
・Cancellation on the day before or on the day of the event → 100% of the event fee charged
・No-show without notice → 100% of the event fee charged
*We may also claim actual communication costs or other damages when applicable.*
