Today, I visited Mr. 168 for Taiwanese breakfast.
Taiwanese noodle tea and zasai buns.
Noodle tea is made by mixing wheat flour or whole wheat flour with crushed or ground sesame seeds, peanuts, pine nuts, and walnuts and roasting them. It's like soybean flour and it's delicious. Taiwanese cuisine is also deep.
