This was also taken in the garden of Nezu Museum in Tokyo Metropolis.

Taken from Osaka Castle Park. I snapped the shutter as a crow flew through vivid ginkgo leaves, its black silhouette contrasting beautifully.

A photo taken on the grounds of Kamigamo Shrine in Kyoto. It's nice to look up at the vividly colored trees, but I thought the red maple still looked striking even after the leaves had fallen.

These photos were not taken this year, but they were shot in the Tenryu-ji Temple Garden in Kyoto.
