We offer a Shinshu-style, country miso-making experience using 100% locally produced soybeans grown in Azumino.

Around late autumn, 3 kg will be delivered by courier. The work will take about 2 hours.

【Fee】 4,500 yen (same for adults and children, per person/tax included)

*Includes a free day-trip bathing privilege (limited to the day of the experience)
