Nozawana is famous when it comes to pickles in Shinshu, but in Minami Shinshu, pickled Minamoto turnips are popular.
Minamoto turnip greens become sweeter and more umami when they are exposed to frost.

Guided Cycling & Harvesting Experience 🍠
Everyone was surprised by the size of Shine muscat and Sweet Potato. The Sweet potato digging seemed to be especially enjoyable, and we proceeded with the digging!
After the Cycling, we had a buffet at the Veggie Full Kitchen in the Roadside Station Minami Shinshu Toyooka Marche lunch 🥗🍽️
It was just during the one-year anniversary fair, so we enjoyed a special menu using autumn flavors such as matsutake onigiri and mushroom tempura!
