The Ajiro Onsen Himo Festival takes place every autumn and winter at Ajiro Onsen in the South Atami Area.
Visitors are treated to sun‑dried, oil‑rich horse mackerel fillets grilled over charcoal (about 2,500 fillets served each day).
Fresh vegetables delivered directly from farms, squid salted and pickled, yakisoba, and soups made with locally sourced ingredients will also be for sale.
Come and taste the delicious dried fish of the port town of Ajiro!
Please note that items for sale are subject to change.
Please also note that venues may change depending on the event date.
