Natural hot springs of ancient Cypress trees

The secret sauce to go with freshly pounded, freshly cut, and freshly boiled Soba noodles is our unique buckwheat noodles soup made with thick shavings of Rishiri kelp and bonito and flavored with Local soy sauce and mirin.
Serve freshly beaten Soba noodles with grated Hon Wasabi Gari.
