\Hosono Highlands Yamayaki Experience/
"Yamayaki" is a practice continued every year since the Edo period to keep Hosono Highlands as grassland.
.
In February 2023, as a first effort, the yamayaki was opened in an ultra-limited way and offered as a tour for visitors to observe.
