🌸Shinyan and Nyanko’s Layered Stamp Rally Tour🌸
Due to popular demand, the event period has been extended!!
Event period
Friday, August 1, 2025 – Friday, October 31, 2025
Extended period
Friday, August 1, 2025 – Wednesday, December 31, 2025

Join Shinyan and Nyanko, the official mascots of the Shimanto City Tourism Association, for a stamp rally that lets you enjoy Shimanto City!
These aren’t ordinary stamps. This time, the stamps are the “layered stamping” type.
As you layer each stamp one by one, at the end… surprise! A single piece of art appears✨

The completed sheet becomes a postcard as is!
It’s perfect as a travel keepsake or a gift for friends💌
Why not create your own “Shimanto Art”?

How to enjoy it — it’s super easy♪
① Get a stamp sheet!
→ Sheets are distributed in limited numbers at each facility. If one place is out, another facility may still have them!

② Layer and stamp the five stamps!
→ Stamps 1–5 share the same design across both areas. The final picture is the same even if you don’t stamp them in order!

③ Once all stamps are in place, your cute “Shinyan-ko Art” is complete🎨
→ You can take it home as a postcard✨

④ Show your completed sheet and…
→ The first 500 visitors will receive an original cotton bag as a gift🎁

Two areas to explore — start wherever you like
Stamp spots are set across two areas, the Nakamura area and the Nishitoso area, and they form one single design. Since stamps 1–5 are common stamps, collecting them in either area yields the same final image♪

⑤ Shimanto River Furusato Information Center — Cotton bag exchange location — Condition: Visit
The Nishitoso tourist information counter just a short walk from the station. You can also rent RinRin bicycles here!
Hours: 8:30–18:00 (Closed Wednesdays)

🚗 Nishitoso is best accessed by car! Enjoy a pleasant drive along the Shimanto River while soaking up nature〜♪

*Opening days and hours may vary. Please check each facility’s website for the latest information. (Information as of July 2025)*

Key point!
Because stamps 1–5 share the same design, collecting them separately across Nakamura and Nishitoso still produces the same final picture!
(Example: Either Nakamura’s Learning Center or Nishitoso’s Roadside Station Yotte Nishitoso works for stamp 1)

When you collect all the stamps…
🎉 The first 500 participants will receive
\an original cotton bag as a gift!/

Once your stamp sheet is complete, show it at one of the following locations👇
• Nakamura: Shimanto City Tourism Association
• Nishitoso: Shimanto River Furusato Information Center

The bag features Shinyan-ko’s illustration and is a cute, one-of-a-kind item you can only get here🐾✨

Who are Shinyan and Nyanko?
Shinyan and Nyanko are Shimanto City Tourism Association’s local cat mascots.
There are five of them in total, each inspired by the Shimanto River’s nature, traditional fishing methods, and local culture!
In this stamp rally, those Shinyan-ko characters appear as art♪
🎨 The character designs are by Junya Inoue, a popular manga artist from Shimanto City and a tourism ambassador (known for works such as BTOOOM! and Kaiju Jieitai)

Come play in Shimanto City with Shinyan-ko!
Don’t just press stamps — experience the fun of layering them to complete a piece of art.

Explore Shimanto City’s nature, history, food, and cute characters.
You’re bound to complete your own special one-of-a-kind piece✨

We look forward to your participation!
