Autumn appetites! Savor kinmedai and Ise lobster caught in the seas around Shimoda (^○^) This time I tagged along for a shoot with the Shimoda Kaikoku Museum. A video will be posted soon on the Shimoda Kaikoku Museum YouTube channel (＼(^o^)／). Please look forward to it! The shoot took place at Senmisho Ryoma, a five-minute walk from Izukyu-Shimoda Station. The chef’s handwork I watched across the counter was nothing short of divine! Kinmedai are landed year-round, but their flavor changes with the seasons.
