Diamond dust Kirigamine seen for the first time

In Kirigamine, if the conditions are good, you can see "fog ice", "diamond dust" and "sun pillar".
"Frost" refers to ice that appears white when supercooled fog or water vapor adheres to tree branches.
"Diamond dust" is a phenomenon in which ice crystals formed by the sublimation of water vapor in the atmosphere fall.
