Minami-Echizen Town Subject of the cultural properties that make up Lettuce Torrey, which has been recognized as a Japan heritage site in Kono, are "Kitamae Ship Owner's House Ukonke", "Former Ukon family Residence Western Building", and "Middle Village House".

Each mansion is Open to the public.
Inside the facility of "Ukon family" there are exhibits that Reproduction the life of Merchant's House and Documents introducing the trade routes of that time, making it an irresistible space for history lovers.
The "Western Building" built on the high ground behind the main house was built as a villa for the Ukon family and is designated as a registered tangible cultural property of Japan. You can see a modern taste everywhere!
"Naka Village House" is a large-scale mansion of the owner of the Kitamae ship with a unique mansion structure and a three-story tatami room.
