This is the second seasonal drink following the 2023 winter-limited "Atami Daidai Nectar", which was well received by many customers.
Once again, the recipe is by culinary researcher Aya Osada, and it is a drink characterized by its refreshing and adult sweetness inspired by Atami's fireworks, which is made by dividing special additive-free daidai marmalade with spiced herbs, black tea with spiced herbs, and carbonic acid.
It is served at the café "Yasuragi" in the tourist and cultural facilities "Kiunkaku".
