March 25, 2025 marked the 100th anniversary of atami station's opening! On the day, a commemorative ceremony was held with former atami station masters from the 36th through the 43rd in attendance, the Shizuoka Prefecture Police Band performed, and Atamifuji Kazu served as honorary stationmaster for the day.
