I went to the 15th Ecopa Soba Festival.
It is a hand-made soba noodle using local flour by everyone from the "Makubetsu Man Cooking Association"!
There are three types: special soba (chicken burdock root), mori soba noodles, and kakesoba noodles.
Many customers came and it was crowded!
Limited to 300 meals each time!
