From Friday, December 1 through Monday, December 25, we will offer the Christmas Afternoon Tea. The featured tea is PARIS from HARNEY & SONS, one of their signature blends inspired by the City of Lights, served hot. French formal gardens typically place geometric features such as fountains and ponds symmetrically across flat, expansive grounds, but Gora Park is built on a slope. Surrounded by wide skies and mountains, the open grounds host many flower plantings and are known as a flower spot. The park also features a tropical plant greenhouse, a tea house, and hands-on craft workshops, letting visitors enjoy a variety of experiences in one place. ■ Isshikido Saro At our restaurant we use carefully selected ingredients such as high-quality free-range eggs and meats from a long-established butcher, crafting each sandwich by hand as a satisfying single-dish sandwich cuisine.
