This is a photo of the World Heritage Gokayama Aikura Gassho-zukuri village. I visited in August and it was crowded with tourists, but from the perspective of the residents living there, it is a normal day and it feels like a daily life.
The summer sky, the summer flower Mukuge, and the gassho-zukuri are truly symbolic of summer Japan!

Shirakawa-go in Gifu Prefecture and Gokayama in Toyama Prefecture, which are registered as UNESCO World Heritage Sites, are popular tourist spots where you can enjoy the scenic spots of the thatched-roof gassho-zukuri villages that have been handed down for a long time in the Japan.
