The 22nd Shintoku New Soba Festival has been confirmed!

Parking lot in front of Shintoku Town Health and Welfare Center ‘‘Nagomi’’
Limited to 9,000 servings

Eight vendors will take part, including local soba restaurants and enthusiasts.
Built on the flavorful appeal of ‘‘freshly harvested,’’ ‘‘freshly milled,’’ ‘‘freshly rolled,’’ and ‘‘freshly boiled’’ soba,
you can enjoy toppings like burdock tempura, eel, large prawn tempura, lily bulb tempura, chicken, maitake mushroom tempura, and finishing with cheese!
Each vendor has prepared special touches to make their dishes even more delicious,
so please come and savor wonderful soba in Shintoku on the day 💁‍♀️
