One of the blessings of spring that can be tasted in Hokkaido is "birch sap water". A slight sweetness and a slight forest scent spread in the mouth.
Birch sap water can only be collected from early to mid-April, during the melting of snow.
This event is a long run and reservations are made until the day before so that those who come to Tokachi for sightseeing can also experience it at "Tabi Naka", so please feel free to participate.

Other (1) Please wear warm clothes. (2) If you wish to take it home, please bring a PET bottle (500ml, about 1~2 bottles) with the inside cleaned.
