He is an engineer and strategist who belongs to the Kildare Army's Special Technical Intelligence Corps.
Dimitri's designs produced countless new weapons, and in recognition of his achievements, he became one of the most important strategic players in the army.
He hates the Quintuplet, which is the same army but has unique abilities, and is proud that the weapons he developed are the best fighting force.
Although he is a brilliant strategist, he is devoted to the development of new weapons, and he is a craftsman who recreates them as many times as he wants until he is satisfied.
