At Matsuhashi Farm in Sarabetsu Village, Matsuhashi Beef BBQ with Commitment
Matsuhashi Farm has been farming livestock in Sarabetsu Village for more than 90 years.
Cultivation of wheat and soybeans is carried out on the farm, as well as all processes from breeding to fattening and sales.
Yasuhiro Matsuhashi, a fourth-generation farmer, is reconsidering agriculture in Tokachi and is considering shifting from agriculture aimed at improving yields and income to sustainable and self-sufficient agriculture.
In order to ensure that the next generation does not starve, stockpiling and preserving seeds are now themes for Mr. Matsuhashi.
The cow that Mr. Matsuhashi raises is "Matsuhashi beef".
It is a beef that does not add sashi as much as possible and pursues the original lean flavor of cows.
This plan allows you to enjoy such proud cows on the BBQ terrace built on the premises of the farm.
