【Fujiya Hotel】
"Petit Pomu" and "Hakone Ansanburu" will be on sale for a limited time until February 29 (Thursday)!
In collaboration with students from Fujiya Hotel and Hakurei Shirayuri Gakuen High School, two products, "Petit Pomu" and "Hakone Ansanburu Buru", will be on sale at Bakery & Suites Picot for a limited time from January 27, 2024 (Saturday) ~ February 29, 2024 (Thursday).
In support of the PBL (Project Based Learning) program being undertaken at the school, this collaboration has been realized.

Based on the theme of "Let's develop new specialties to make Generation Z repeat customers," the students and the hotel's bakery chef discussed the product, and it took about half a year from the first meeting to start sales.

The prototype was sold at the school festival, and further improvements were made based on questionnaire surveys, and the bread was commercialized in a way that supported the opinions of the students, including product improvements, pricing, and promotion methods.

Please enjoy the products that are a collaboration between students with new sensibilities who will lead the next generation and the reliable taste that Fujiya Hotel has cultivated over many years.
