It is "Koshido" in Suehiro, Suwa City. 　We interviewed President Kurita about his story.　It is a long-established Japanese confectionery store that has been in business for 99 years since 1925 (Taisho 14)!!　The current president seems to be the third generation.　It just so happened that five days before I visited, a Local newspaper published an article saying that the hanging paper and stickers of Koshido's Standard products were designed by students of the Local Suwa Industrial High School. Even in the midst of history, I was fascinated by such a flexible place, and I made an appointment. 　According to the president, there used to be 60~70 stores in the Suwa City Confectionery Association, and there were Member stores stores in the city alone, but now there are only 17 stores.
