Hello, this is Koshu local cuisine Waraji. The oppressive late-summer heat is easing, and we can feel the arrival of autumn. This is the perfect season for a stroll through Shosenkyo Gorge. At Waraji, our recommended dishes are houtou and unajuu, but the tempura rice bowl is actually popular too!
