Hello 😃 This is Waraji, a restaurant of Koshu local cuisine. Shosenkyo Gorge is covered in fresh green foliage, and pleasant days are continuing.
At Waraji we have added the Waraji Gozen as a weekend and holiday special menu.
This special set lets you enjoy Waraji’s recommended dishes all at once, including Iwana trout with crisp skin and tender flesh, hoto noodle soup, simmered chicken giblets, and basashi (horse sashimi).
It would not be an exaggeration to call this the definitive collection of Waraji’s menu items.
