~Corridor to Mieido~
The Niomon gate is the main gate of Zentsuji Temple "Saiin". On the upper side of the corridor leading from Saiin to Miedo, there is a painting depicting Kukai's life. It is said that the "Saiin", which is centered on Mieido and is also called "Nativity Temple", corresponds to the mansion where Kukai was born.
