Tamba Sasayama City Daishoin
While many castles in various parts of Japan were destroyed by the decree for the abolition of castles after the abolition of feudal prefectures, Daishoin escaped the disaster, but it was unfortunately destroyed by fire in Showa 194 (1944). After that, it was rebuilt in April of 2000 (Heisei 12) (Heisei 12) with the passionate wishes and precious donations of citizens. The structure is similar to Nijo Castle in Kyoto.
