Mt. Nasu (Chausu-dake), located in the northwestern part of Nasu-cho, Nasu-gun, Tochigi Prefecture, is located in Nikko National Park in Tochigi Prefecture at an altitude of 1,915 meters, and along with Mt. Asahi on the north side, you can enjoy autumn leaves such as Yamamomiji and Doudan azalea in autumn.
The best time to see the autumn leaves is from late September to early October every year, so it is possible to climb the autumn leaves from beginners to advanced climbers. The collaboration between the active volcano Mt. Chausu and the fiery red autumn leaves is a sight to behold.
Climbing the autumn leaves of Mt. Nasu (Mt. Chausu) is recommended for beginners and serious climbers.
Kyukamura Nasu is located in the surrounding area, where you can take a day trip to the hot spring bath.
