SUP stands for Stand Up Puddle.
You stand on a board and paddle across the water, gliding smoothly in this popular activity.

Even complete beginners, from children to seniors,
can get up on the board quickly after a lesson.
The greatest appeal is that you can enjoy it easily without worrying about fitness✨

The SUP instructor is Ten-chan, an experienced surfing and SUP instructor.
Her careful teaching and radiant smile are highly praised,
so even first-timers can feel at ease and enjoy themselves.

Unlike the sea, you can relax on the calm lake surface.
Surrounded by Haizuka Lake’s rich nature,
you can savor a graceful stroll across the water🥰

Instruction proceeds at each participant’s pace, so few people fall into the water.
Those who are determined to fall can keep trying challenging moves until they do!

Since splashes may wet your hands and feet,
please bring a change of clothes.

You can change in a simple tent on site.
Fresh water is prepared in a tank.
If you fall in, you can rinse off inside the tent.

Period / Until Sunday, November 30 — weekdays and weekends (irregular holidays)

Duration / Experience course 90 minutes, Lesson course 120 minutes
Group size / 1–5 people (Big SUP fits up to 10)

Half-day private (2.5 hours) ¥22,000 and up per group

*Full-day private (6 hours) SUP courses and Big SUP courses (2.5 hours) are also available.
*Wetsuit and marine shoe rentals available
