You can experience harvesting in the wasabi stream, which is usually difficult to enter.

Kawazu Town in Shizuoka Prefecture is blessed with the famous water of Mt. Izu Amagi and is suitable for cultivating delicious Wasabi cultivation.
You can hear stories about the history of wasabi and how to eat it deliciously from a local guide, and experience the harvest firsthand.
You can take home one whole wasabi with its leaves and stems attached.
