Flights are limited to the 2nd and 4th Saturdays. You can enjoy the amber factory night view seen from the sea side, which you can't usually see! Also, on Sundays and holidays, a common pass that includes the Chiba Port Tower Observation decks admission fee and a sightseeing boat embarkation ticket is sold, so it is recommended to visit it together with the Observation decks.
