I can't get over how much I love seeing pictures of the stars from Japan. It's a completely different sky than back where I'm from. On top of that the weeping cherry blossoms are just indescribably beautiful as well. It looks like this is Okkazuma in Yamanashi Prefecture. The area seems to have some really awesome scenery. Rice fields and stuff too perhaps. It looks like it'd be a really cool place to go sightseeing or cherry blossoms viewing during the next season (or if you can get there now I suppose). I bet you could bring a telescope as well and probably see some beautiful stars if this is any indication of how clear the sky is.

Tsukigase, looks like a really nice place. I looked at their local website and the natural scenery is all just as amazing as this photo makes it out to be. It looks like they have some really nice parks in the area as well. It looks like it'd be a really great place to go out on a boat on a sunny day. Also looks like it'd be a nice place to catch some fish as well, I wonder if it's allowed here? I guess there are some hot springs in the area as well. The whole area would probably make for a really nice weekend trip or even maybe you could even spend a week here in the spring and go hiking as well. I guess it's Nara so it's not too surprising that there's so much amazing stuff to see!

What a cool photo. It really shows how much natural scenery there still is in Tokyo despite all of the tall buildings. I can't tell if this is/was a really shallow river that's currently mostly dry or if it's a drainage system🤔 Either way it creates a really nice looking "river" of greenery. It's awesome the cherry blossoms are still blooming like this in a few places in Tokyo, all the one near where I live already turned green😅 Still very pretty, just in a different way I suppose. I went for a walk today during lunch and saw a couple nice trees that still had their petals, unfortunately it was about 20 minutes from where I live walking lol.
