📍 Akiyoshi-dong, Miya, Yamaguchi ※The largest limestone cave in the western Japan where you can feel nature ⊿ Location One of the largest limestone caves in the Japan "Akiyoshido" opens at the southern foot of Akiyoshidai Quasi-National Park, 100 meters underground. Passing through a grove of cedar trees with cool air that touches the skin, you will come to the entrance of Akiyoshido. The sightseeing course in the cave is about 1 km (the total length is 10.7 km, the second largest in Japan), and the temperature is constant at 17°C throughout the four seasons, making it cool in summer and warm in winter, making sightseeing comfortable. Even though I was in the middle of the summer of August, I was very cold and surprised at the inside of the limestone cave.
