The morning after your stay, you will have a meditation and tea ceremony experience led by tea master Matsumura in Kikuchi Gorge (each participant will receive a portable tea set, and tea will be brewed using water from Kikuchi Gorge), along with a rice ball bento breakfast.

【Second Phase】Mindfulness Walking and Medicinal Cuisine Bento Breakfast Plan
From Saturday, November 7, 2026, to Sunday, November 8, 2026, 1 night and 2 days.
The morning after your stay, we will provide mindfulness walking in Kikuchi Gorge and a handmade medicinal cuisine bento breakfast that is gentle on the body.
