This is a rolled-sushi workshop taught by a practicing sushi chef.
You can try making rolled sushi at the sushi counter.
We use rice from Kikuchi, a region known for its rice.
You can eat the sushi you make on the spot or take it home.
The chef will teach you carefully, so beginners can sign up with confidence.
Dates: Sunday through Saturday (excluding Tuesday)
