Captain of the Kildare Army's Counterterrorism Special Investigation Unit, Diana.
Because it wears wind with its unique ability, senses the killing spirit of people, and manipulates its power.
It is called the "White Flight of Manipulative Arts".
At one point, she heard rumors that a new Bravo manufacturing facility was being built at the Brook Mountain base, where the Northern Command was located, and she and her cat went to inspect Brook Mountain to negotiate a new Bravo to be used for the next invasion of Ouka.
