The other day, I went to "Kagoshima Tonkotsu Ramen Nanshu", which I hadn't visited yet!
According to the Information of Tabelog, it seems that it just opened last year in December 2024.
The location was There is a along the Koshu-kaido near the Hachioji City Central Library, about a 5-minute walk from Nishi Hachioji Station toward Takao Station.
It is about a 1-minute walk from the intersection where Bookoff and Glasses Store are located, along the Megane Store side toward Takao.

It may be the first time for the Kagoshima ramen genre.
It looks like tonkotsu ramen topped with bean sprouts.
When I sipped the soup, I felt that it was light at first, but as I ate it with straight thin noodles, I could feel the pork bone feeling!
The flavor of char siu and noodles was firmly attached, and the bean sprouts refreshed my mouth, so I enjoyed it until the end!

I would like to revisit it again.
