Shiraito Falls in Shizuoka Prefecture
It is a white thread waterfall that roars its name as a famous waterfall under the heavens. This waterfall is a precipice where the snowmelt of Mt. Fuji gushes out from the border between the Shin-Fuji Volcanic Formation, which is a geological formation that allows the upper part of the water to pass through, and the Ko-Fuji Volcanic Formation, which is a water-impermeable stratum at the bottom. Hundreds of waterfalls, large and small, cascade down from the curved cliff, 20 meters high and 150 meters wide. Its appearance is worthy of the name of white thread, and it seems to bring many silk threads. It is a gentle and feminine beauty, and when you stand near the waterhole, it becomes an arch of water on three sides and shows you a fantastic world.
