On Saturday, February 21, “Mori no Snow Park 2026 in Kawayu Onsen” will take place in front of Kawayu Visitor Center. With the concept “Play in Kawayu’s winter,” a variety of activities and events will be offered again this year. There will be plenty of experiences for both adults and children, including cross-country ski and ski-shoe trials, snowshoeing, campfires in tipis, Korean fir (Akaezomatsu) distillation workshops, wooden coaster making, and slide talks. Hot milk and handmade cookies from Teshikaga High School students will be available in tents at the venue. Please come together with friends and family.
