Golden Week 2025 will be at Manda Pit!
The World Cultural Heritage Site "Sites of Japan's Meiji Industrial Revolution" will celebrate its 10th anniversary in July this year since it was registered in 2015.
The 23 constituent assets scattered in 11 cities in 8 prefectures have been created in a short period of half a century since Japan introduced Western technology.
It is an important group of assets that proves the development of the industry.
The Miike Coal Mine "Manda Pit" is also carefully managed and maintained on a daily basis.
During Golden Week, there is also a free open day at Manda Pit, so please come and visit.
