Okamoto Farm in Nakasatsunai Village is committed to environmentally friendly, sustainable agriculture and producing safe, reliable crops.

On this tour, you will harvest vegetables with your own hands and use them to make Hokkaido's local dish, ‘Jingisukan.’

You will also learn how to prepare delicious vegetables, as taught by the farmers themselves. For dessert, you can enjoy cream puffs made with sweet, high-sugar tomato berries.

Through agricultural experiences, we hope that participants will interact with producers they would not normally meet, learn about the thoughts behind the ingredients, enjoy the flavours of the region, and deepen their connections with producers.
