This is a photo of when I made dried persimmons at my parents' house.
I don't think many people imagine dried persimmons in "Speaking of autumn", but if you ask me, I think there are many people who feel that it is autumn.
This photo is freshly dried, but after a day, there is work to rub it.
When people think of dried persimmons, they have a strong image of just drying them, but surprisingly they are food that people can handle.
