It is mainly made in the town of Nanagi in Kikuchi City.

Higo green melon is mainly sold at "Roadside Station Nanajo Melon Dome" Located in in Shichijocho.
All melons sold at Melon Dome are strictly checked for sugar content through an optical sensor (sugar content measuring device).
The light sensor satisfies the sugar content of "14 degrees" or higher, and only sweet melons are lined up in stores.
