The 49th Kashiwabiraki Park Festival took place on September 21. Due to severe weather from the night before, the event was scaled down and moved to the Lifelong Learning Center, and popular attractions such as food vendor booths and the one-tatami-shop were canceled. We sincerely apologize to everyone who had been looking forward to enjoying the event outdoors.
