On Saturday, February 21, the Forest Snow Park 2026 in Kawayu Onsen will take place in front of the Kawayu Visitor Center.
With the theme "Play in Kawayu's Winter," a variety of activities and events will be offered again this year.
There are plenty of experiences for adults and children alike, including cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, campfires in tipis, Sakhalin fir (akaezomatsu) distillation workshops, wooden coaster making, and slide talks.
Hot milk and homemade cookies prepared by students from Teshikaga High School will be available in the tents on site.
