Senninzuka Park Campsite ＼Campsite information for Iijimamachi, Nagano Prefecture／ This quiet campsite offers stunning, ever-changing views of the Central Alps reflected on the lake surface. Senninzuka Park is a nature park located in the Shichikubo district of Iijimamachi. In the Sengoku period there was a mountain castle called Kitayama Castle nearby. A legend says the castle fell to an Oda clan invasion and the soldiers who died there, along with their arms, were buried at this site. That is why the place came to be called Senninzuka, meaning "Thousand-Person Mound." Autumn is my favorite season in Japan. This is because of this aesthetic view. Enjoying the autumn from ropeway is very good but the view of autumn with the ropeway is amazing. The autumn valey in Yuzawa kogen ski resort is one of the best place to enjoy the autumn. Over the valley there is a ropeway service which looks like this image.

I may not know the name of the hill, but witnessing the Naeba Plateau in the fall is truly a breathtaking experience. It transforms into a stunning tapestry of autumn colors, as if it were aflame with beauty. The national highway that traverses the area adds to the scene, leading one through a charming tunnel that highlights nature's grandeur. It's a wonderful reminder of how harmoniously the landscape and human elements coexist.

[Event: Report on the November 9 (Sat) Salt Road Walk!] Here is a report on our autumn Salt Road Walk, where participants felt history underfoot. The walk began in the Sha district at Nishina Shinmeigu Shrine. The morning started shrouded in mist, but the sky cleared into perfect blue as the day progressed. Participants enjoyed walking while gazing up at the snow-capped Northern Alps. Since it change color from green to yellow and red the whole atmosphere change. This changing nature also teach us a deep lesson which tells us of restart from the begging if required. And for that don't be upset and do it proudly. This vibrant colorful leaves also tells us "leaves are falling, autumn is calling"

Ganseiji Temple in Iwaki City, Fukushima Prefecture Hakumizu Amida Temple. The photo shows an incense burner standing in front of the temple. Mido, with its Heian period Pure Land Garden, is also designated as a national treasure. There are relatively few people on Saturdays and Sundays, and it is a spot where you can enjoy the Autumn leaves calmly. In autumn, Ooin ginkgo and maples beautifully decorate the temple. In the middle of the prime, you can enjoy various autumn gradations from yellow to deep red!

The crimson, gold, and green blend beautifully, reflecting on the lake's surface. The peace and beauty are indescribable. Autumn invites us to slow down, reflect on our lives, and fully embrace the present moment. This fantastic view was seen from Yuzawa Kogen alpine Botanical garden in Niigata prefecture.
